#103 Move weeknumber to left

pc30 has the weeknumber inside the first day of the
week in monthview. This is not very nice-looking! The
weeknumbers should have a column of their own: All the
way to the left of the monthview table.

This is inline with the custom way of showing a month,
devided on days and weeks.
