#43 SQL Error when viewing chat page

When opening the default page I receive the following
error.

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a
valid MySQL result resource
in /home/cstoner/csgraphicdesign-
www/ff/html/modules/jIRC/index.php on line 23

This can be viewed at:

Any ideas? I am running PN .714 and the latest version
of jIRC.
