#31 Seach includes ML broken

Not sure it is right place for Search module.
After upgrading from .703 to .711 I notice that ML
defines I had for my module
under /includes/language/blocks/???/???.php are now
working only for blocks in .711

what is the right place for includes translation then?
I thought that the idea was that module developers
will have ability to develop and release search
includes separately from Search module itself. Am I
wrong on this?
