#1 Hidden fields won't take 0 as Default Values

An xuser 0.3.0alpha user reported this bug and I tested
it out with FE0.3.3RC1cvs and it was still a problem:

Basically, when the admin constructed an FE form, the
Default Values of a Hidden field will take anything but a
0! (I told them to fake the system by enter in a 00 for
now)...
