#48 re-size initial image upload

We need to have the admin set a default size for image
uploads in case someone decides to upload a HUGE
image.
Example: If admin2 uploads a 1200 wide image, and the
default for the display is set to 200 wide, then the
image will get resized accordingly during the upload at
the same time as the tn is created..

This feature will now create an additional feature that
we should add. We could have the ability to click on
the display image (that is 200 per the example above)
and link to a larger image for viewing...
