You do not need to create an ico file, a png is good enough, at least
that is how emacs site is doing it. I merged the pmwiki icon with the
emacs one in a simple way. I hope there is no problem with licences
for these pictures. The icon is far from perfect and you are welcome
to change it as you wish or comment about it. Still, I think it is better
to have it rather than nothing.
