[Pmwiki-mode] Where/how should bugs be reported?

Where/how should bugs be reported?

One alternative is to install some kind of issue tracking system on the 
wiki. (This could be PITS for instance, what pmwiki uses).

Another alternative is to use the system that comes with sourceforge.
