This patch adds complete billing features to PmTool.
Each task can be billed out to customers
individually, at variable hourly rates. Support is
provided for up to two tax calculations and
outstanding balances of customers are displayed.
Bills are generated in an HTML format and can be
emailed to the customer if so desired. Bill are
readily customized to suit your business.
