[Pmtool-devel] Protocol for checking in files to CVS

I just rewrote inc/includes.inc.php so that it is much smaller and
more readable, and maintainable, but everything should work pretty
much the same way.  What should we use as a protocol for checking in
files like this?

I'll check it in this time, so you can look at it, then you can back
it out if you don't want the change - but let me know what order to
follow when changing a file this drastically.  I'm about to make some
sweeping changes to HTML displays that won't affect the display itself
but will make the code much easier to work with.
