#31 Being able to have open tasks

Tasks belonging to a client, with no limits, going on for
the duration a of period, billed each month according to
the time spent.

"customer support", "system
administration", "management/meeting", "on site
intervention" comes to mind.

No start, no end, with multiple actors working on those
(one day, jack goes there, the next, it's tim. some days,
both of them go to a meeting with the client, etc...).
