#21 Exclude single Tasks from VAT calculation

It would be great to see a option in pmTool to exclude a
single task of a project from the calculation of the VAT.

E.g. If I visit a customer I may have several task on the
bill for development, support, etc. For all of these tasks
I have to charge VAT. But I also need to charge my
travel expenses for which Im not allowed to add VAT.

As a solution for this Im dreaming of 'do not include in
VAT calculation' checkbox for every task.
