#70 Website needs fixing: out of date, dead links, lacks info

Hello

I've been trying to find whether the version of PNGCrush in my distribution's repository is recent. I went to http://pmt.sourceforge.net/pngcrush/ but that website is in bad shape.

Please spend a few minutes adding the following:

• The latest version number.
• A date when the latest version was released.
• Fix the changelog link.
• Perhaps some info on how PNGCrush differs from OptiPNG, why one should use it.
