#13 make bmp2png compile on linux

i downloaded bmp2png and noticed the makefiles supplied
don't work on linux. attached is a version that does
compile and run on linux, although it is in no way a
standard linux filter (and it's easy to turn it into one)

building with

make -f make/makefile.linuz

is likely to work on your linbux box.

another bug: the autors have released 1.54, but i only
discovered this after i fixed 1.52. 1.44 has a very
different build structure, but the same changes can be
made to make it compile on linux.
