#10 OS X installation stops with error

Hi,
when I start the installation with the latest package under MAC OS 10.9.5 I always get the error:
Error executing:
/bin/chmod a+x /Applications/PS3\ Media\ Server.app/Contents/MacOS/pms.sh

See attached screenshot.

When I execute this command manually I get no error - however the Installation stopped and leaves the PMS unworkable.

What I am doing wrong?
