#1 Radio and Check Box-Custom Input Field

Btw this looks great and should help me a lot.
With the Custom Fields It would be nice if there where different types I
could setup. Most questions i want them to answer are yes/no or can
be set to a few options. Radio button and Check Box responce
questions would be good. I believe I can do this outside the GUI with a
custom HTML setup but I'm still learning this awsome tool and how I
can fully apply it to my needs.
