#379 Feature request: create a node that support the import of model parameters from generic tables

This is a proposla for an extension of the Model Editor node. The use case is, that users might have fitted an equation to experimental data using external nodes (e.g. R). Then the estimated model parameters and some of the metadata are available in a classical KNIME table. It would therefore be very helpful if a user could simply pipe such a regular KNIME table into an optional in-port of the Model Editor node and then via the user interface could map columns from the KNIME table to the corresponding entities in the PMM-Lab data structure (somehow similar to the mapping in the XLS Reader nodes). Missing metadata could in addition be provided by the user manually via the regular Model Editor GUI.
