#363 Feature request: extend XLS Model / Data Reader

It would be nice, if one could let the user decide, whether new model IDs should be generated when the XLS Model / Data Reader is executed. This is important as otherwise information entered into a subsequent Model / Data Editor node get lost each time the XLS Reader node is re-executed.
There are 2 implementations possible:
idea 1: after executing the XLS Reader node there is a pop-up, that gives the user a choice, whether new IDs should be generated or not (somehow not KNIME like)
idea 2: a checkbox "Preserve Model-IDs" like the "Preserve user settings for new location" in the KNIME File Reader node. (preferred)
