#335 Feature Request: Enable Min and Max values for dependent variables
Currently it is not possible to assign Min or Max values to the dependent variables, e.g. Value. However there are situations where this would be very helpful, e.g. in case of models which have no Ymax. As these kind of models are quite popular we should allow the user to specify a Max or Min value for each model, e.g. to prevent the model from creating nonsense values (e.g. a concentration above 10^12 log10(cfu/g).
So would it be possible to enable this? Per definition the values given by the user should be interpreted as "below and including" Max or "above and including" Min. In this way one could for example specify a Max value of 10^10 for a model and for all time points where the equation results in a value above 10^10 this will be set to the specified Max value together with a warning stating "the calculated value is above / below the specified maximum / minimum value"
