#264 Create Combase XLS Writer node

We want to support the Excel-based data collection routines of ComBase, i.e. the node should have a SBML in-port and writes microbial data or rates out into the XLS format required by ComBase (http://www.combase.cc/index.php/en/downloads/category/1-combase-excel-demo )
