#105 Implement solution to limit predictions to the "convex hull" in parameter space covered by experimental data

Currently the allowed parameter space for predictions is defined by the the multi-dimensional "brick" defined in the "Range of validity" table. This approach is suboptimal - see Combase Predictor manual or Munos-Cuevas et al 2012.
