#6 TTFReader cmap format 4

TTFReader currently uses format 4 cmap that only enables 16bit mapping to be exported.
Therefore, some character metrics from the font cannot be retrieved in pMML2SVG and the glyphes are drawn incorrectly.

Adding support for a 32bit cmap format will probably solve the problem.
