#747 Same file included twice in Violations Overview report

When running "Check Code With PMD" , "Clear PMD Violations" and then "Check Code With PMD". Some files are included twice in the violations report overview the second time "Check Code With PMD" is run.

I am unable to reproduce this doing some basic tests.

Please provide:
1) A screen shot showing the problem.
2) Version of eclise you are using.
3) Version of the plugin you are using.

If you are not using the latest version of the eclipse plugin please do so if possibe. We are not maintaining old version.
