#16 pmd-eclipse-plugin broken

Hi

The PMD 3.9 eclipse plugin is very broken!
1) the pmd.sf.net/eclipse update site fails
2) when doing a "local" update with the eclipse plugin download, eclipse seems to work, but...
3) Window->Preferences->PMD.Rules Configuration reports "the currently displayed page contains invalid values"
4) There is no PMD documentation from the help pages
5) when trying to "check code with PMD" it gives:
An internal error occured during: "ReviewCode"

My eclipse version is 3.2.1 with Callisto updates. Using Java 1.5_10
