#3 Doesn't run as cron job in PHP 4.3.8

Subject line pretty much says it all.

I've been happily running this prog for about 6 months
now with no problems at all. It runs a cron job once a
day to backup my databases. My host recently
upgraded their PHP to 4.3.8 and now it won't run as a
cron but will run if I do the backup manually.

Any ideas?
