[pmapper-users] layerselect erase layers uncategorized

Greats, 

I have layers in the mapfile loaded by default (status on - defGroups) not
labeled in the configuration file pmapper. when I use selectlayer, and
update the TOC, these layers are off.

ON as I can keep those layers, even using selectlayer.
