Release 0.5.0

Pluginbuilder 0.5.0 is out. New features are Test Coverage (by Emma) and simplified RCP build configuration.
The package format has changed: instead of a feature zip file you can download an archived update site which can easily be installed via update manager. A zip file is still available on http://self.pluginbuilder.org.
There you also find the online update site http://self.pluginbuilder.org/updateSite.
