#10 Tests failing do not stop build

I've been having some troubles stopping the build because of test failures. The log shows a clear TEST fails but the build keeps going even though the "fail build if tests fail" checkbox is enabled.
I suppose this is clearly project related since I believe it works in other cases. I am willing to give a bit more feedback and details if asked.
