PL/SQL Logger (native plsql) / News: Recent posts

First release of this simple 100% native PL/SQL logger. This release contains the packages with two installation files, one for a full install including a new user and one for package only installation.

Besides a logger, this release contains packages for bitwise comparison as extention to standard.bitand, and a wrapper package for file handling.
