Yes. Set -DDEFAULT_ALL_DEVICES=ON. That option is documented when
you run ccmake.
However, the devices that are turned OFF by default (if you do not
specify -DDEFAULT_ALL_DEVICES=ON) are experimental/poorly
supported so I doubt you would ordinarily want to use
