Hi Orion:

I actually think that is a pretty good report.

The only "severe" issues involve plcolorbar which had deliberate
changes in its API during this release cycle.  So there is nothing to
fix here, but it might be worthwhile mentioning in the release notes
that the plcolorbar API (which I believe we mentioned was an
experimental API for the last release) has undergone some
improvements and has now (I believe) been stabilized.
