Hi Alan, I tested this, but it did not work! I got the same problem. With the information you gave me, I checked Tcl example x14. From the command-line all seems to be quite okay - it wants two file names. Also "echo aa |pltcl x14 -dev psc -o bb" works. Very odd! I will continue without Tcl for the moment.
