[Plplot-general] Can't build plplot 5.9.5 with Visual C++

I used the "-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=" because by default the configure sets 
it to debug. Also, if I use "-DENABLE_DYNDRIVERS=OFF" which was required 
with the previous release, I get the following errors with Visual

I did manage to build the release with MinGW but because I need a Visual 
build, I'll be using the previous release for now.
