I get that same result on Linux. If you look at page 1 of the plots they are clearly of different random data. I think we are the victim of different random-number generators for C and Java (and Python once example 21 is implemented in that language), and there is not much we can do about it. Nevertheless, it is still good that example 21 is included in the tests since the tests will still tell us if there are gross errors such as segfaults for any of the language interfaces where example 21 has been implemented.
