The data is exported as csv with a comma as a decimal point. This results in a output of the form
N,NN , N,NN
which is impossible to import into other programs. This may be a result of my regional settings (german) in which the decimal point is given by a comma. Further, the new formatting without exponent (N.NNN vs. N.NNeN) has a very limits the range of values so that number smaller than 1e-7 cannot be exported anymore.

This should be fixed in release 2.6.3. In both the table window showing the digitized values and in the exported CSV file, similar precision should be shown for both very large and very small numbers. Also, the US locale is now always used to write out the CSV format file avoiding the additional commas.
