Using Plossum in a Web project :-)

Assembly.GetEntryAssembly() returns null under ASP.net.

This causes NullReferenceException at Plossum.CommandLine.CommandLineManagerAttribute..ctor() -- CommandLineManagerAttribute.cs:line 49
