#1 Doesnt work and breaks plone by installing/uninstalling

Using windows, Plone 2.1RC2, I installed Ploneboard 0.0.
I can add the discussion container but get an error on
trying to add a discussion within:
Error Type: TypeError
Error Value: sequence item 0: expected string, tuple found

So I uninstalled the product in PMI. Restarted Plone.
All OK. Later deleted Ploneboard from my Products
directory on the filesystem. On the next restart of
Plone, the home page displays an error:
Error Type: ImportError
Error Value: No module named
Ploneboard.transforms.text_to_emoticons
