Hi,

I released plone.app.locales 4.0.12. This is a 4.0.x version, this means it is compatible with Plone 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2.
If one day I drop messages from Plone 4.0 and 4.1, the version number will be 4.2.x.

I've just added 63 new messages to translate from plone.app.theming.
If there are other packages I missed, please tell me.

Vincent
