[Plogit-Announce] Plogit 0.21 available

Plogit 0.21 has been released.  It's primarily a bug fix for 0.20 and 
should make Plogit quite a bit more stable.  Here is the Changelog:

version 0.21 (9/16/04):
     * Fixed bug with Get Posts button only working with very small blog
     * Added ability for user to choose how many posts to get
     * Fixed bug with "Delete From Server" checkbox always appearing even on
     local blogs
     * Conversion of a few HTML entities added when posts are fetched
     * Fixed HTML popuplist in Edit Entry form so user can insert HTML again
     * Fixed duplicate menu shortcut in for "New Blog"/"New Entry"
     * Spanish Translation added (thanks to: Rodrigo Bezares
     <rod...@gm...>)
     * Brazillian Portuguese Translation updated
