#4 frack "Path to RPC"; Switch to URL

Ok, Path to RPC was a horrible idea. Nobody got it and
it even confuses me sometimes. Switch the form
elements to using the more familiar http:// URL style
path to the remote procedure call.

Then simplify the help text tremendously and ask
translators to update.
