#26 ability to select group of plm ids to apply to a single bas

It would be useful if multiple plm ids that were
available could be selected to create a new plm
patchset. This would make usage easier because
currently to apply multiple patches against a base you
have to keep layering them one by one and creating new
plm ids for application. The layering can also pose
problems if it turns out that one of the first patches
you layered didn't work then you pretty much have to
start the layering process all over again.
