#21 Search page needs software repository wildcard

The search page in the PLM has a pull down menu for the
software repository section. Currently, it lists only
software projects.
It will be impossible to list all PLM patches in the
past 7 days if
you are confined to a specific project.

The software repository pulldown needs a wild card such
as "any" as
the default selection. This creates an additional
value in that one
can simply type in the PLM ID number in the "patch name
or id"
field and get straight to the patch info without having
to set the
software repository field.
