#17 Patch Info page slow for some patches

If the patch has largeamount od data in 'results', then
the patch info page is slow to come up. This is due to
a select * in the app/views/patches/show.rhtml,
"@patches.filter_requests" being used in the
render_collection_of_partials function. This should
only retrieve the required fields.
