PLife-0.4.1 released

PLife provides an easy way both to comfortably view pattern collections for Conway's Game of Life and to construct complex patterns of one's own (using Python scripts).

The 0.4.1 release features better portability than previous releases. It was successfully built on Linux, *BSD and MacOS X; the Python extension module
was also tested on Win32.
