Mailing List Move.

The Tux_AQFH and PLIB mailing lists are moving to the SourceForge
servers. I have re-subscribed everyone who was subscribed to the
following lists:

To the corresponding new lists:

(Notice that there is no longer an underscore in tuxaqfh - that's
due to a bug in the SourceForge software).
To post to the list, just email to the lists above. The 'announce'
lists are heavily moderated (by me) - so they'll basically only
contain major announcements.
To subscribe, unsubscribe, switch to digest-only mode or visit the
(currently empty!) archives, go to:
