The approach to rely on true opensource standards shouldn't miss to actract
developers (always the same stories...) - not to mention that an always
larger game developer community is unhappy with Direct3D and likes OpenGL.
Plib is thus candidate to take an honorable place in this promising
scenario, to my opinion mostly for simulation, whereas other more or less
open engines are instead suited to portals/room-based scenes. And would
neither needs to change the license from LGPL!
What about "Tux-the-Kart" to be one of the first games of this new
generation?!
