[Plib-devel] Problems with sound under Windows XP.

A friend of mine is helping me get a PLIB application running under Windows XP.
Everything works except for the audio.

Here is what he says:

Can anyone shed any light on this?

The text of that message isn't inside PLIB but the 'WARNING: SlDSP' part
must come from PLIB...so I think it must be coming from:

plib/src/sl/slDSP.cxx:

Line 170:

....that's called in three places - all of them in slDSP::open which
is a Windows-specific chunk of code containing a bunch of 'waveOut...()'
stuff that I don't understand!

=46WIW, there was a thread "Error in SlDSP" started on 12.3.2002 about
this.It seems it is a timing issue with some sound cards.
