Hello everybody,
Here is a list of things todo, Its not really organized yet and I am sure
that there are lots of things to add, such as information in old mail. I
will continue to work on the doc and try to clean it up, but I would like to
get other people oppinions on the list so far, ie - who is working on what,
and explanation changes, new features, things that have already been
complete, and things that are not going to be completed because the are not
in to scope of plib.

ps If you do not have a file attached to this please e-mail me and I will
send it to you directly. Also this file is in UNICODE, for all the unix
people. Wordpad will open it in windows.
