ANNOUNCING PLIB 1.6.0

After over a year of fairly hard work, the PLIB team is proud to
announce a new stable release.

PLIB is now pretty stable and reliable.  This release adds new PUI
widgets, some new Joystick functions, and and a *TON* of new functionality
in the SSG Aux library to allow you to instantly produce cool effects like
fire, waves and particle systems.

PLIB can be downloaded from http://plib.sf.net

Many thanks to all of the PLIB developers - without whose tireless (and
sometimes tiresome) work, this release would not have been possible.
