ANNOUNCING: PLIB 1.4.2

  This is a minor fix to accomodate some of the *GOOD* things those
*NICE* people at RedHat have stuck us with in RH 7.1.  Over the past month,
I've had only about a dozen emails with problems in PLIB 1.4.1 and *ALL*
of them were from RedHat 7.x users.  Mandrake 8.0 users will probably
have the same set of problems.  Get SuSE or Debian next time *please* :-)

  While I was doing the release, I also added a fix for a crash in ssgaSphere
and another in puFilePicker.  Nothing significant - no known PLIB applications
see these problems in practice.

  So, if you managed to compile 1.4.0 or 1.4.1 sucessfully, don't bother
upgrading to 1.4.2.

  All sorts of new goodies will be released in PLIB 1.5.1 sometime later today,
but that's going to be an unstable/beta release - so if you are an end-user,
stick with 1.4.x.
