Installing PLIB examples after building PLIB after getting rid of 'extern 
"C"' on line 273 in "ul.h" results in an error. Calling configure for PLIB 
examples:

If 'extern"C"' is necessary for the configure script, but preventing PLIB 
applications from building, then what should I do?
